What a GREAT evening! It took me til Monday to recover. Great wine, great food and great company. You and Clyde are wonderful hosts, Katie. The evening started off with an exciting “pop” of Clyde’s awesome bubbly. The wine flowed and the meat (chicken, pork roast and beef) that the smokemaster prepared was delectable. It was cool to taste the 2006/2005 Norton difference – and we learned alot with your “Glass Class.”
We had a great time – thank you!!!
