‘Watch Yer Head’ Head
We decided to turn a part of the pump house on our property into an outdoor camp bathroom for those times when someone is camping out, or when we just need an extra bathroom. Clyde and Bob got busy working on it Monday. They created the floor, set the shower stall and framed out the walls. Here’s what it looked like yesterday morning:
Wait Clyde!!! Stop! The plumbing isn’t installed yet! (Hehehehe – sorry I couldn’t resist! What a position to capture, huh?!!)
As you can see, the ceiling is going to be very low in some spots. Where you see the red tool box is about where the toilet will be going. Clyde is facing the entrance to the shower stall, and a vanity will be going in just as you walk in the door.
The ceiling is so low over the toilet area, we are considering creating a rubber ceiling so it won’t hurt as much when you try to stand straight up! Right now our nickname for this bathroom is the ‘watch yer head head’. Ah, potty humor. Anyways, I’m sure I’ll have a few more photos I’ll be posting as the plumbing is installed and the walls go in.
