As promised, here is a little view of our ‘crushing’ activities Sunday!
Hope you enjoyed that peek at our processing equipment. Yesterday Clyde filtered the juice and added yeast to begin the fermentation. Cayuga White grapes are really versatile ones for us – we use it for our dry white wine called ‘Courtois’ and in several of the sweet wine blends like the ‘Whittenburg’ and ‘Huzzah Valley’. Cheers!
