The Weekend Update
I spent the day up in Jefferson City getting licensing applications turned in and running errands. But before the day ended I wanted to be sure to tell you about an impromptu event this coming Saturday (Sept. 29, 2012). We will be hosting folk musician Tessa Folk from 2-5pm. I think her name is perfect!
Tessa is a recommendation from my neighbors over at Murphy’s Place who listened to her a couple of week ago and loved her voice. So if you are free, come on over! It’s supposed to be gorgeous this weekend, so bring a picnic on out and plan to enjoy the beautiful atmosphere here at Peaceful Bend.
I’ll be missing you all though. I have a tasting scheduled up in Boonville MO from 6-10 pm to help raise funds for the Katy Bridge repair. So if you are up that way, give me a visit, and help save this historic (and well-named) bridge! Find more information about the Katy Bridge Wine Walk tasting here.
