2013 Events for Peaceful Bend Winery

February 16 - Celebrate Valentine’s Day a few days late at Peaceful Bend.  From 11am-6pm enjoy a special wine and chocolate pairing for just $6.  Three scrumptious chocolates will be served, each paired with its own Peaceful Bend wine.  Available while supplies last on the 16th, so be sure to stop in early!

March 9, 16, 23, 30 - Wine Experience Afternoons.  Come by the winery between 11am and 6pm on any of these Saturdays in March to enjoy a fun and educational wine tasting!  Each experience is $6/person and will include 3 to 5 one-ounce pours of wine paired with the theme of the day.  Each week is a different theme, and will go on throughout the weekend until supplies run out.  No reservations taken – first come, first served!

• March 9 – Wine Glass Pairing – did you know that the glass you use can affect how the wine tastes?  Don’t believe me?  Come experience this tasting – you will be amazed!
• March 16 – Salad and Wine Pairing – salads are purported to be one of the hardest dishes to pair with a wine.  We beg to differ!  Come experience the pairings and judge for yourself.
• March 23 – Temperature Pairing – different temperature, different wine experience alltogether.  And don’t think this experience is relegated to just the number of degrees Farenheit!
• March 30 – Popcorn and Wine Pairing – a great pairing for those who have the munchies!  This experience actually explores how different flavorings pair up with the wine (popcorn is just the fun way to get those spices into your mouth).

Musical May 5, 12, 19, 25, & 26: Enjoy live music every Sunday afternoon in May (oh, and also on Saturday of Memorial Day weekend too!) starting at 2pm.  We are highlighting our fabulous local musicians all month long – you don’t want to miss any one of these fantastic performances!  The music plays on rain or shine, so come by no matter what the weather brings!  Plus, no cover charge – woohoo!  Bring a picnic or pick up a few things while you are here.  Download a flyer by clicking here.

June 22 – Wine Cellar Concert.  Every year we team up with Arts Rolla to bring you one of the best chamber music events of the year.  Join us once again with The Jacques Thibaud String Trio in concert at 8pm, with an hors d’oeuvres hour starting at 6:30pm.  Tickets are $35 and you can purchase them by calling us at 573-775-3000, contacting Arts Rolla, or buy tickets at Kent Jewelry in Rolla.
