Chef August has been hard at work creating many delicious meals for us over the last couple of months. We finally have a fully functional kitchen for him so we are excited to host our Restaurant Grand Opening on July 14 from 11-6! Join us for the full menu of seasonal treats, lawn games, music, wine, and give-aways at anytime during the day. No reservations needed!
Here’s a peek at some of the yumminess that we’ve been enjoying over the last couple of weeks:
August’s cheese boards feature a selection of local cheeses, sausages, house-made spreads, and other tasty nibbles. This platter will pair well with any of our wines!
The burgers are cooked perfectly with a choice of cheeses, sides and house-made condiments to boot!
Avocados are in season right now, so August is taking advantage of them with avocado tacos and this black bean + avocado salad featuring a house-made cilantro lime vinaigarette.
Meatloaf sandwich, homemade mashed potatoes, house-made sauce and greens along with a cold Bronze Ale? Yes please. This was a popular item that I’m sure we’ll see on the specials menu in the future!
And there’s another special item that was a big hit – chicken wings covered in honey habenero glaze served with house-made blue cheese sauce. Oh my yum!!
