We’re shifting gears to focus on what is working for us these days. Our on-premise sales have been steadily increasing, and while retail distribution remains a potential piece of our puzzle, the real momentum is right here. This leads us to direct our efforts into providing more reasons to visit Peaceful Bend.
The new stage and patio have already provided a safe and comfortable setting for a variety of events, and we’ve been busy lining up for more this coming fall and beyond.
But the big news is that we have recently refinanced a few of our loans that were just a bit steep in monthly payments. Among those loans was the Honeycomb Credit loan from the crowdfunding campaign of early 2024. The remainder of your investment will be disbursed sometime before mid-June. We are so very thankful for all those who participated and help carry Peaceful Bend to another level. Over the past 9 years we’ve worked to build a facility that can host a wide variety of functions and events. We’ve seen everything from Celebrations of Life to wedding rehearsal dinners, to baby showers! And there’s regular events going on all the time from book club meetings, yoga, and even belly dancing!
We did manage to stay fully compliant with the S.E.C. having the form C-RT filed on time to complete all the reports necessary. That means we are set for another investment campaign, this time with an equity based program that has greater potential for yield. Stay tuned for further announcements this coming Summer!
